Hypnotherapy relies on commitment and motivation from both the client and the therapist to be successful.
Hypnotherapy is a two way, interactive process and when you agree to undertake a course of therapy, you also agree to fully engage with the process during and after the sessions.
As my client, you commit to work with me and follow my instructions implicitly – this means attending the sessions, listening to the audio track as advised, using the tools I give you and consciously putting into action the things I ask you to do. This commitment and positive attitude is the key to success.
Therapy Sessions and Payment:
Each standard session lasts approximately 50-60 minutes. The fees for therapy and number of sessions will be agreed with you before booking.
The initial consultation is free, however, you are asked to pay a deposit when booking your therapy session. All therapy session fees are payable in advance.
Payment can be made by cash or cheque.
It is important to commit to and attend the appointments you make because:-
- Your attendance at the appointment is a crucial part of your ongoing treatment.
- If you do not cancel within a reasonable time, valuable time is wasted and someone else is prevented from having that appointment.
Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment.
If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or if you fail to attend without notice, the full session fee will be charged.
It is in your interest to attend all your scheduled sessions. Failure to attend all sessions in a programme will affect your success and the full programme fee will apply.
Arriving Late for an Appointment
If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible. I will do my best to make a full session available, however this depends on the appointments scheduled after your booking and so cannot be guaranteed. It may be that your session will need to be cut short or rearranged.
